General Membership Meeting	4th Wednesday of the month, March through November	Held once a year at the Richardson Center on Oakley Park Road. Elections are held for Board Members, yearly budget reviewed and voted on for approval, reports from each Board Member. Open forum for all dues paying members. During the summer months meeting are held at the beach pavilion 4th Wednesday of the month.
Beach Opening	1st Saturday in May	Volunteers always needed to prepare the beech for the coming summer. Lunch provided for all workers.
Subdivision Garage Sale	1st Weekend in June	Subdivision sponsored Subdivision wide Garage Sale, Contact Kristina Peltier @ 248-366-1929 to participate. You will receive free balloons, signs and advertising in the Spinal Column.
Steak Roast Dinner	End of July or early August - watch for signs and notice in Mt Royaler	An Adults only party! DJ, Dancing, Steak Dinner. Also a big hit every year. Come see you neighbors dance with a lamp shade on his head at 3:00 am! Tickets are $20.00 per person. Bring your own drinks. Steak Roast Pictures
Family Fun Day	Late September	Bring the whole family - but the party is for the kids! Clowns, bike parade, face painting, balloons, visits by police and firemen and more. A big hit every year. 2005
Beach Closing	Last Saturday in September	Volunteers always need to clean up the beach, remove the docks & swim platform. Lunch provided to all workers.
Fireworks	July 4th	$15,000.00 Firework display launched in the middle of North Commerce Lake.
