Charlie has been a resident of our sub since 1976.. He’s served our subdivision since 1987 as a board member in various positions. Charley is currently retired from the City of Southfield but still remains busy running his snow plowing and boat transportation business.

Rebecca (Becky) is a second generation Mt. Royal resident growing up while living here in the summers. Becky lives with her husband Kevin and children. Becky is our newest board member (2008).(more bio info coming soon)

 

 Bob Husak 4690 Camelina - Treasurer   - 248-363-9454

Bob is in sales for the construction industry. He moved to Mt. Royal in 1994 and lives in a beautiful house with his beautiful girls...wife Jacqueline, and daughters Ryeli (9) and Dashnae (12). Bob has donated 8 years of service to our subdivision Board.

  Mark Peltier, 585 Sherbrooke - Road Chairman - 248-366-1929

Mark has been a resident of Mt. Royal Subdivision since 2001.  Mark experiences in the building and in the public safety industry helps make Mark a perfect new board member to take over the duties of Road Chairman. Mark's Wife Kristina has lived in the subdivision for years prior to marring Mark, They have three children as well.  Thanks Mark!

  Susan Holden, 4293 Creedmoor - Membership     248-363-6974

Susan has lived in the sub since 2000. Susan works in accounting and is very excited to put her past experience working on a subdivision board as Membership Chair, to work! Susan & her husband, Jack, have been very involved in subdivision projects since they moved in.

John Zavislak 774 Polvadera - Secretary     248-360-1082

John has lived in the sub for 19 years. John is a electrician and our sub's Recording Secretary, but goes above and beyond by ensuring that rain, shine, sleet or snow, everyone's Mt. Royalers are delivered right to their house, multiple times/year. This is John's 5th year serving on the board. John's wife of 21 years is Barbara, and two children are Laura (17) & Matthew (15).

 Chuck Sansom, 265 Polvadera - Beach Co-Chair     248-360-2598

Chuck has lived in the sub for 7 years. He owns his own painting company and has been a member of the board for three years. Chuck lives with his wonderful wife, Tina, and beautiful children Ashley (11) & Austin (9). He loves living in Mt. Royal Sub and is happy to be donating his time.

Todd Martin, 4650 Achilla - Beach Co-Chair     248-363-4465

Todd & his wife - Cathie, three kids - Christi, Mike & Scott, and a grandson - Chase. Todd knows a little something about community service! He's been a resident of Mt. Royal Subdivision for 21 years. He's is the Fire Marshall for Commerce Twp, and has been a member of the Commerce Fire Department for 26 years, and the Oakland County Sheriffs Marine Division for 25 years.

Chris, his wife Katie and there three children, Zach 8, Madelyn 5 and Lily 3 have lived in the subdivision since 2002. Chris has lived in the Commerce / Walled Lake are his entire life and has deep connection with the neighborhood and community. One of Chris job is the running of a photography web site, this will be a great skill that we can sure use. Chris joined the board in 2007.

 

Help Wanted

There is always a need for help. If you can give 4-6 hours per month of your time to the association - please attend the next Board meeting for a list of available special projects that need a "get it done" type of person to take charge of.
